Dr. Hazen’s Expertise
Dr. Hazen’s expertise spans from eyelid and neck
rejuvenation work to complete facelifts, brow lifts, liposuction,
tummy tucks, breast enhancement and breast reduction. Additionally,
she performs other modern non-surgical techniques including
laser procedures, BOTOX® Cosmetic and Restylane™, as well as collagen
and skin care regiments which aid in a patient's overall
aesthetic
goals.
Service To Her Community
Dr. Hazen’s expertise is frequently called upon
beyond the scope of her private practice to perform emergency
plastic and reconstructive surgery, thereby allowing patients
to lead fulfilling lives after debilitating accidents.
She also uses her skills for reconstructive surgery resulting
from diseases including skin and breast cancer. Her extensive
experience allows her to understand the functional requirements
and design elements that underlie any reconstructive procedure.

Dr. Hazen is proud of the strong personal rapport she
has developed with her patients over the years. Her belief
is that a clear understanding of the patient’s needs
and expectations is a vital element of her success.
Education
Dr. Hazen is a graduate of Oklahoma State University School
of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery. She underwent general
surgical training at University of Medicine and Dentistry
of New Jersey (UMDMJ) and her plastic surgery training
at University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Science
in Des Moines, Iowa. Additionally, Dr. Hazen completed
a hand surgery fellowship at Arizona Hand Surgery Fellowship
Program, Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, as well as
a plastic surgery fellowship in cosmetic surgery at the
Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine in Norfolk,
Virginia.
