This patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She was unhappy and desired to improve her breast volume in better proportions to her body. She wore approximately an A cup bra in most bra styles. She desired to be more of a full C bra. A bilateral submuscular augmentation was performed. After the surgery, this patient recovered nicely, and she was very pleased with the improvement in her breast shape and size.
