This is a 22-year-old female who had concerns of breast size smaller than desired wearing a size 32A bra. The patient had a very mild tubular breast deformity with a short inframammary fold. She told me she desired to be around a B or C cup. I felt that a breast augmentation with silicone gel implants would give her the best results and allow her breasts to take on a more aesthetic shape.

I chose Allergan silicone gel implants. She had a significant improvement in her shape and she was extremely pleased with her results.
