This is a 44 year old, 5’2″, female who underwent a breast reduction. Approximately 436 grams of tissue were removed from the right breast and 433 grams were removed from the left breast. Patient had a large amount of discomfort with the size of her breasts complaining about back, neck and shoulder pain. This patient went from a DDD to a C cup. Post-operative pictures are from 5 months after surgery. The pink scars will fade in color over the following year.
