This patient is a 47 year old female who was concerned with the appearance of her eyes. She felt that her upper lids had a heavy, tired look, also, puffiness in the lower eyes. She wished to have her eyes more open and to look more rested.
I performed a blepharoplasty (eyelid) surgery in order to improve her overall appearance. In the surgery, I removed a moderate amount of excess skin and fat in order to sharpen the appearance of her lids without giving her a surgical appearance.
